We're able to offer such unbeatable prices by shipping directly from our merchants around the world. Your order may be shipped from our warehouses in the UK, China or USA.
How do I track my order?
Every order comes with a unique tracking number, this can be found in your shipment confirmation email, you can track your order by entering the tracking number into the tracking service below:

When will my order be shipped?
Orders will normally be processed and shipped out within 1 - 3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information as soon as it is shipped.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders totalling over £75 in total with upgrade options available on some items. For orders below £75 in total, due to cost of living increases to international shipping costs, we now have to charge a nominal £3 per order to help mitigate these increases.
When will I receive my order?
It takes 1-3 days to pack and process your order at the warehouse. Our Estimated delivery times are then between 3-20 Business Days depending on where items are being shipped from and to. All our shipping is tracked and a tracking number will be sent to you once your item is ready for dispatch. Sometimes shipping items can get delayed due to national holidays, the weather and customs delays etc. We apologise if this affects your order but this is outside our control. We monitor all our shipments and will be in contact with you if we spot an issue. If your order is late or you have a concern and we haven’t already contacted you to discuss it, then please feel free to contact us.
What about import duties & taxes on International Shipping?
These vary around the world and we suggest you review what the local rules for importing items by mail order into your country are. Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. Where these extra charges apply and are charged by local authorities these are the buyer's responsibility to pay. That said we ship globally on a regular basis and only hear about a small percentage of our customers finding this an issue. For customers in the UK purchasing items under £135 then UK VAT is already included in your purchase price and you should not be charged any further taxes or import duties on your purchase.
Where is my tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be provided in a shipping confirmation email approximately 1 - 3 business days after purchase.
I entered my address wrong! Can you please change it or replace my order?
We can normally do this if you contact us within 24hrs of ordering, we’ll do our best, but it’s not guaranteed. We do not accept responsibility for wrongly entered addresses. Please take care when ordering that you give us the correct address at checkout as this saves us all some stress!
