They do come up a little small so go larger rather than smaller - see below for the manufacturers suggested measuring ...
1. Take off current shoe and put heel to a flat surface e.g. a wall
2. Mark where the longest toe reaches and measure from wall to this mark note the distance in millimeters this is your foot length
3. Do the same for the other foot as it can be quite normal for one foot to be bigger than the other
4. Use the longest foot measurement to match your size from below chart
